It significantly expands the original game's roster and features, blending traditional Metroidvania exploration with classic linear elements.
Key Features and Characters
The hallmark of this hack is the ability to play as various characters by entering specific codes on the Name Entry screen:
- Julius Belmont: Enter JULIUS to play as the legendary hunter.
- Classic Simon Belmont: Enter SIMON to use the version from Boss Rush mode, now updated with abilities to explore the full castle.
- Enhanced Versions: Enter JUSTEX, MAXIM, or SIMONX for versions of Juste, Maxim, and Simon with improved movesets, such as dash, jump kicks, and slide attacks.
- Guest Characters: You can also play as Mario or Megaman (Rockman).
